We’ve been there, full days of back-to-back patients followed by hours of emails, calls, and invoices. We know how hard it is to balance quality care with endless admin, and how stressful it can be when staff call in sick or cancellations disrupt your day.

That’s why we created Holistik HQ - to help clinic owners grow their business, without burning out.

Our Story

Holistik HQ was born during COVID-19, when clinics across Australia faced lockdowns, rising costs, and staffing challenges.

Running two osteopathy clinics in different states, we quickly saw the need for reliable virtual admin support, but found only generic offshore services that didn’t understand the unique needs of allied health.

So, we built our own solution.

Today, Holistik HQ supports clinics across Australia and New Zealand with a blend of human-first administration and AI-powered tools, offering scalable, knowledgeable, and consistent support.

  • Dr William Camerer

    DIRECTOR, FOUNDER & OSTEOPATH

    William founded Holistik HQ after experiencing firsthand how much admin weighed down the day-to-day running of a clinic. With years of experience as an osteopath and clinic owner, he understands both sides of the profession, the passion for patient care and the stress of juggling endless administration. William’s focus is on creating systems that give practitioners their time back, while making sure patients feel supported at every step.

  • Jess Mason

    OPERATIONS MANAGER & FORMER OSTEOPATH

    Jess has a unique perspective. She’s walked the path of an osteopath and a practice manager, but now specialises in running the operational side of allied health support. As Operations Manager, she oversees the day-to-day delivery of our services, ensuring clinics receive consistent, reliable, and high-quality support. Jess thrives on problem-solving, building strong relationships with clinics, and helping teams find smarter ways of working.
